Darby plays a central role in keeping Buck Fever Company organized, responsive, andmoving forward. As Chief Administrative Officer, she manages the essential day-to-dayadministrative and financial details of the business while overseeing purchasing across Buck Fever's operations.
Darby is also deeply involved in shaping and managing the Buck Fever brand. Shecoordinates marketing initiatives, works with creative and advertising partners, andhelps ensure the company's websites, social media, promotions, and other materialsconsistently reflect the quality of the Buck Fever experience.
In addition, Darby oversees Buck Fever Lodge operations, including guest preparation,chef and meal coordination, and lodge bookings outside the hunting season. Herattention to detail, commitment to hospitality, and ability to manage the many movingparts behind the scenes help create a seamless experience for both the Buck Feverteam and its guests.
